DESIGNER ILLUSTRATION ACCESSORY, ULTRALIGHT AND HIGHLY RESISTANT.
A fragment of cult Chilean illustration transformed into an everyday accessory. This minimalist card holder merges the lightness of paper with surprising technical resistance, turning the act of carrying your cards into a statement of aesthetic identity and appreciation for independent design.
DESIGNER CREATION: FROM PAPER TO CULT OBJECT
Every stroke printed on this accessory belongs to the original work developed between 2019 and 2020 by Don Libedlulo, a key artist in Proyecto Ensamble's visual universe. This time, the composition delves into the imagery of urban pop culture and East Asian-influenced comics, presenting a typographic illustration featuring a charismatic character with a "kaiju" (Japanese monster) aesthetic, accompanied by Japanese characters. With a neat single-tone line design on a desaturated background, this clean, street-style pattern perfectly balances graphic irreverence with functional minimalism. When you use it, you're not just carrying your documents; you're carrying a portable piece of the contemporary graphic scene, transforming a utilitarian object into a collectible micro-artwork. The reverse offers a fluid geometric continuity with high visual contrast, crowned in the bottom corner by the iconic cubic character that seals the authenticity of our creative laboratory.
REINFORCED PAPER: TECHNOLOGY THAT DEFIES FRAGILITY
Although its structural base is lightweight 90g paper, this accessory defies any idea of fragility. It has been developed under a rigorous special technical waterproofing process that reconfigures the material to give it high durability properties:
• Superior Resistance: Impeccably withstands daily rubbing inside your clothes, constant use, and friction wear without losing its structure.
• Waterproof and Easy Cleaning: Its sophisticated thermal protection repels surface moisture and splashes. Keep its colors vibrant by simply cleaning it with a damp cloth.
SUSTAINABILITY WITH LOCAL IDENTITY
At Proyecto Ensamble, we are committed to conscious manufacturing, ethical design, and fair trade. By choosing this card holder, you support a local value chain with a real purpose:
• 100% Made in Chile: Designed, illustrated, and manufactured locally in Santiago in small, controlled batches.
