Mr. Rabbit rabbit masks in Germany. The art of creating an exhibition that includes a wide variety of artists, and also moving it from one distant location to another using the fewest resources. This is what we put to the test in the exhibition held at the OKK/Raum29 art gallery in Berlin, within the framework of the “Kolonie Wedding” activities.
Kolonie W. It is a monthly activity that gets its name from the network of 23 artists who run art spaces in the Wedding district in Berlin. While these spaces have a strong connection with their immediate surroundings, their activities involve people from all over the world. Turning Kolonie Wedding into an initiative that breaks boundaries, in addition to creating new experiences for both artists and the public.
In this scenario we present the sample of rabbit masks from the Mr. Rabbit series. Where we include the works of all the artists who collaborated illustrating a paper rabbit with us, during the 2016 call.
