From January 10 to 13, 2013, the first Area: Santiago edition was held at Factoría Italia. In this, emphasis was placed on two fascinating dimensions of the methodology and creative processes of design, architecture and visual arts.
The concrete result that we all know as a finished "work" and the creative process, personal and subjective in some cases as well as methodical and professional in others, that conditions this final result.
In short, the objective was to show the methodology and processes of the exhibitors, so that the viewer could judge the differences between the exposed techniques and how these are manifested and delimit the result that is presented as a work or final product.
We were present at the exhibition with the product “Crystal Clear” from Proyecto Ensamble, within the design and visual arts category. We specifically explained the methodology and technical processes, from the design of the two-dimensional template to the final volumetric layout. Where you can clearly see how we go from two to three dimensions.
Our expo evolved from being invisible to being the most visited in the place, for this we want to thank Patricio Pozo for the invitation.
In addition to our experience, we were able to appreciate the work and meet other exhibitors such as Sergio Recabarren, Bravo!, gt2P, Cristóbal Palma, The Andes House, Smog, Bernardita Marambio (Demode), among others...
