Drawn Skull Expo I Need your Skull at Plop Gallery!
Obviously editing a publication is not easy. First of all, we have to motivate different artists to capture their art on our templates. As a result, this is what happened in October 2013, exactly for the festivities of Day of the Dead (Mexico), Halloween (USA) and All Saints' Day in Chile.
As soon as we could we decided to use our new figure called “I Need your Skull” and bring together high caliber illustrators to create the drawn skull. As another form of dissemination for artists, we discussed the idea with Claudio Aguilera from Galería Plop! , to see if we could do something with this topic in addition to launching the series, which was satisfactory for everyone.
We generated an activity together with 35 illustrators, most of them Chilean and a parametric design studio, but with a large number of foreign artists who wanted to join this initiative, among whom are:
