Mr. Rabbit 2016 Launch

This 2016 the new paper toy rabbit came into the world and now, finally after several months, we especially want to present the new edition of Proyecto Ensamble, Mr. Rabbit.
On the one hand, this collection essentially continues with the representation of totem animals through the faceted heads. Furthermore, the masks illustrated by great artists are intended to spread art, entertain and ennoble people.

The rabbit is an animal that throughout history has been a symbolic figure for different cultures: the Aztecs referred to them as part of their lunar bestiary and as a representation of agricultural abundance; In the mythology of India and Egypt, some gods appear reincarnated as rabbits.
In fact, this animal is associated with fertility, intuition, agility, ingenuity, speed, shyness and cunning, the rabbit is a lunar animal that represents immortality and the cyclical renewal of life. Through ingenuity, intuition and prudence (since he knows his own limitations and weaknesses) he transcends fear, using contradictions and paradoxes for his own benefit. It is also related to time, protection and cycles.

Guest artists

These beautiful paper rabbits were illustrated by 35 guest artists. Finally, there are 13 illustrations selected to be part of the Ensamble Project edition “Mr. Rabbit” 12 paper toys in addition to the glow-in-the-dark mask as part of the limited edition of 50 units for the launch.
