What to Give Mom? Original Design Gift Ideas

COVER IMAGE — GENERATION PROPOSAL

Editorial Mother's Day scene: a sophisticated, warm composition featuring Proyecto Ensamble's Gentleman Cat Series and several Unique Paper Pieces, surrounded by botanical details, miniature architecture, and illustration. Strong paper materiality, warm yellow background, black and white elements, contemporary Chilean artist-design aesthetic, contemporary editorial photography, no text inside the image. The image should convey “a gift for Mom that feels like discovering a small artwork.”

For Mother's Day, there is no need to fall back on the usual gift. If you are looking for something with personality, Proyecto Ensamble's Cat Series and Unique Pieces bring together characters, small architectures, sculptures, and paper objects made to look at, build, and keep.

The idea here is not simply to give something pretty: it is to find a piece with character that can become part of a desk, shelf, or collection.

1. The Gentleman Cat Series: Fifteen Cats to Build and Collect

The Gentleman Cat Paper Toy Kit brings together 15 buildable paper cats and a designer mask. It is a gift for someone who enjoys building characters, discovering details, and having something different around.

2. Le Robot: A Small Paper Cat for the Desk

Le Robot belongs to the Gentleman Cat Series and turns the paper toy into a small collectible object. A more compact alternative for giving design, humor, and materiality.

3. Gabinete Ensamble No. 5: King Cat

The Gabinete Ensamble No. 5: King Cat takes the cat idea much further: a volumetric paper illustration piece made with handmade paper and intended as a collectible object.

4. A Little Fairy-Tale House

The Fairy Tale Cottage Paper Miniature Diorama is a small three-dimensional paper scene for anyone who enjoys miniatures, stories, and objects that invite a closer look.

5. A Fabergé Egg Made of Paper

The Fabergé Egg Paper Sculpture transforms a classic ornamental object into a delicate artist-designed paper piece made to be kept.

6. A House Hidden in the Forest

The Woodland Fairy Tale House is an artist-designed miniature sculpture for someone who enjoys small worlds, fantasy architecture, and unique pieces.

7. A Small Botanical Sculpture

The Succulent Cactus Botanical Paper Sculpture takes the unique-piece approach into the botanical realm: a small paper sculpture for a desk, shelf, or collection.

What If You Are Looking for Something Even More Special?

The combination of the Cat Series and Unique Pieces lets you choose between a gift to build and collect or a finished artist-designed piece intended to be kept.
